Eggplant schlong.....

Didn't really end up doing much over the Easter hols except ate quite a bit...

did go to Macau with Taryn and ate some damn good Macanese food on Easter Friday... apparently the dude that owns the place used to cook for the Governor of Macau before Macau returned to Chinese rule (who knows if its true but at that's what the cab driver told us)... anyways... took a couple of pics so thought I'd share it with you guys.... first one is Portugese seafood rice... damn yum.... lots of sauce that was gradually absorbed by the rice turning the rice into a risotto of sorts.... second pic is a fish pie dish... the fish is a salted type of cod... too salty for my liking but the mashed potatoe was yum!.... last pic is Eggplant with cheese and tomato.... again... tasted really good but funny thing was the eggplant looks like a damn long schlong hahhahah

of course also gambled a bit (coz its a must do in Macau).... ended up even stevens so wasn't bad at all (considering was down from game number 1)... nearly missed the boat coming back home though.... nothing really worthy of note from the casino trip except that (1) Stanley Ho's new casino (Grand Lisboa) has a huge glowing Dinosaur egg that changes colour in the middle of the gaming floor which presumably is a 'fung shui' thing which is supposed to suck all the luck out of its patrons.... i was obviously too intimidated by the Dinosaur so ended up playing at Wynn which leads me to (2) the chicks at Wynn are better looking....
