Tin Hua Laksa

Honkies getting fed up with overpriced and no good Laksa in HK? I have a recommendation in Tin Hau (next to Victoria Park, in between Causewaybay and North Point) for all you. The little shop (Tin Hau Laksa) just round the corner of Tsing Fung Street is very famous for its fusion style Muslim Lamb ribs Laksa or Laksa Loh (the one without soup). What so special about this Laksa is that the soup base since it is extremely rich in natural coconut and Laksa flavour plus a bit indian curry powder to add a bit of spice to it. Besides, the Laksa there serves with authentic style "sum sum" (vermicelli and egg noodle with bean sprout and tofu pok) which adds a lot in terms of content and style. The Lamb itself is fresh and very juicy. I would also recommend to try their curry too.
